Get ready for a Tailgate Party like no other! Join us for a Southern Heritage Classic Game Day Tailgate Party! It’s all happening on Saturday, September 9, 2023! This event will take place from 11:00m to 4:00pm.
We’re firing up the grills and turning up the music featuring two nationally recognized UAPB alums! The Artist ElJay, who has collaborated with Grammy nominated producer Jo Blaq will perform live. DJ Kold World, recently recognized as one of HBCU Buzz’s Top 5 DJs, will be spinning live as we prep for the kickoff of the UAPB Golden Lions vs Tennessee State University Tigers. We are also hosting the ULTIMATE Divine 9 Stroll Off guaranteed to create life long memories and new traditions.
The menu includes chicken wings, catfish, red smoke sausage, fries, coleslaw, water and soda.
Tickets are $35 per person. This price includes a non-refundable handling fee for the sale of each ticket that benefits the Memphis UAPB Alumni Chapter’s Scholarship Fund. Tailgate wristbands will be issued onsite. All sales are final.
